Latifoğlu Development

Latifoğlu Development is a property developer active in Northern Cyprus, based in Famagusta, stating a founding year of 2004. Public sources checked on 2026-10-27 name 5 projects (1 described as delivered) in İskele / Long Beach. This is a sourced record, not a rating.

Founded 2004 and '19 years' are the developer's own statements on its home page; the Famagusta (Gazimagusa) address is from the site footer. Only IMA is labelled Finished; other projects have no stated status, year or unit total, and Lilium Park is listed with the same footer address, so its location rests on the home-page listing 'Iskele'. No language switcher was visible.

Statuses and years are as stated by the source on the last-checked date; "delivered" is the developer's own description unless a third-party source is cited. Unit counts are rarely published.

What a buyer still has to check

1. Title of the parcel under the specific project and any charges over it.
2. Construction permit for the phase being sold; final approval status of earlier phases.
3. Whether earlier buyers have received individual title deeds, and how long that took.
4. Payment schedule tied to construction milestones; contract registered at the Land Registry.
5. Independent TRNC-licensed lawyer who does not act for the developer. See the off-plan checklist.
