Northea is a property advisory and acquisition coordination house focused on premium residential and investment property in Northern Cyprus. Registered office and estate agency licence number are stated on engagement documents and available on request.
Regulatory Status
Northea is not a regulated financial institution and does not hold a banking, brokerage or investment licence. It operates as a property advisory and coordination service in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards, including the estate agency framework of Northern Cyprus.
Coordination, Not Regulated Advice
Northea is not a law firm, bank, tax adviser or immigration adviser. Where such expertise is required, Northea coordinates independent qualified professionals, who remain responsible for their own advice and engagement.
Property Information & Verification
All property information is provided in good faith and based on available sources, including developer materials, land registry records and independent checks where possible. Figures are approximate unless stated otherwise. Clients are encouraged to carry out their own due diligence, including independent legal and surveyor reports.
Title Status in Northern Cyprus
Title status in Northern Cyprus varies by property. Certain categories of title may carry legal exposure in other jurisdictions. Independent legal verification, including of title category and any encumbrances, forms part of every acquisition and is arranged before commitment.
Off-Market Statements
Some properties may be described as off-market. Where this is the case, Northea uses the term only where it is factually accurate and authorised by the owner, and shares information with qualified clients under appropriate confidentiality.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Personal data is collected and processed to respond to enquiries, to prepare a Private Brief and to coordinate services requested by the client. It is never shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. Requests to access or delete personal data may be sent to advisory@northea.dev.
AML / KYC
Northea follows anti-money laundering and know-your-customer procedures in line with applicable Northern Cyprus law and international standards, including identity verification, source-of-funds documentation and sanctions screening before any introduction or transaction.
