What a buyer still has to check
- Title of the parcel under the specific project and any charges over it.
- Construction permit for the phase being sold; final approval status of earlier phases.
- Whether earlier buyers have received individual title deeds, and how long that took.
- Payment schedule tied to construction milestones; contract registered at the Land Registry.
- Independent TRNC-licensed lawyer who does not act for the developer. See the off-plan checklist.
