The website presents Northea's services and illustrative material. Nothing on it is an offer, a valuation, legal, tax, financial or immigration advice, or an invitation to invest.

Dossiers marked "Illustrative dossier" are examples of how Northea presents a property of that class. Figures, statuses, images and distances are illustrative or approximate and are replaced by verified material on engagement.
Intellectual property
The NORTHEA name, mark, texts, images, films and the structure of the website belong to Northea or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, scraped or reused without written permission, except for private, non-commercial viewing.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to submit false information, to attempt unauthorised access to the client portal or its data, to interfere with its operation, or to harvest personal data.
Client portal
Access to My Northea is personal and by invitation. One-time codes must not be shared. Northea may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Northea is not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Northea is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content, from interruptions or errors, or from decisions taken without the independent professional advice the website repeatedly recommends.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the TRNC. Where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence grants additional protection, that protection is unaffected.
In case of divergence between language versions, the English version prevails.
