Regulatory status
Northea operates as a property advisory and coordination service under the estate agency framework of the TRNC. It is not a bank, FX institution, investment adviser, law firm or escrow provider and holds no licence for those activities.
Editable legal modules
Statements about foreign ownership, purchase permission, taxes and fees on this website are maintained as editable modules, each carrying jurisdiction, source, effective date, last review date and reviewer. They are informational and must be confirmed by an independent TRNC-licensed lawyer for your transaction.
Title in Northern Cyprus
Title categories differ and certain categories may carry legal exposure in other jurisdictions. Northea discloses what is documented, marks what is not provided, and arranges independent verification of title category and encumbrances before commitment.
No investment promotion
